🏆 Winner – Mixed Uses Development
Our One Hurstville Plaza and Humphrey’s Hotel projects were awarded the Mixed Uses Development of the year by Urban Taskforce Australia at the 2024 Development Excellence Awards last week.
These two projects have been a personal labour of love and dedication for over 8 years, so it is immensely rewarding and humbling to have them recognised for their contribution to the urban and social fabric in Hurstville. There were doubters about how an A-grade commercial tower and fine dining hospitality venue would perform in Hurstville, but as they say, the proof is in the pudding… market-creating exceptional office spaces and a Chef Hat awarded fine dining experience. A huge congratulation to our dedicated team at Coombes Property Group for their tireless efforts since 2015 in creating and delivering these two exceptional projects.
