CARLOS SOTELO
National Operations Manager
Carlos Sotelo joined Coombes Property Group in 2016 as the National Operations Manager. He oversees all operational and compliance related matters for the Group’s properties and manages the facilities and maintenance teams across the business.
Carlos is highly experienced in facilities management and comes from a background in engineering. He previously held positions at NICTA, AMP, Colliers International and CBRE where he managed large assignments such as a mechanical project on 1 Pacific Highway and the lease negotiation and relocation of the NICTA corporate offices achieving significant annual savings.
Carlos holds an Advanced Diploma of Mechanical Engineering and certificates in electrical work and air conditioning.
