PAUL MARRIOTT
General Counsel & Company Secretary
Paul Marriott is the General Counsel and Company Secretary for the Coombes Property Group companies and is responsible for the legal, compliance and governance requirements across the Group.
Paul has strong experience in real estate structuring, development, construction, corporate and project finance, which he has gained over more than 18 years in both private practice and in the property and construction industry. Before working at Coombes Property Group, Paul was General Counsel at Hindmarsh and Walker Corporation and prior to that, held senior legal roles at Lendlease, Frasers Property and Australand.
As part of those roles, Paul has experience on large scale developments across Australasia including in residential, mixed use, commercial, industrial and resort asset classes. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Economics.
