Nellie O’Keeffe is the Executive Development Director at Coombes Property Group, leading several upcoming developments across different regions and asset classes.
Highly experienced in directing major urban developments, Nellie has recently joined Coombes Property Group from a Director of Development role in which she contributed to major Sydney developments including the Pitt Street Over Station Developments as part of the Sydney Metro City and Southwest Project.
Nellie has worked in the construction and development industry for 20 years, having gained experience in several sectors including residential, commercial office, mixed use and sporting infrastructure. She is also actively involved in several industry committees and associations, having received the 2022 RICS Woman of the Built Environment Award.
