PETER COOMBES
Chairman
Peter Coombes practiced as a solicitor for almost ten years until 1979 when he gave up his practice and, with the initial acquisition of several small Sydney suburban retail assets, established Coombes Property Group.
Since 1980 Peter has had extensive experience in retail and commercial property development and investment.
In recent years Peter has stepped back from the day-to-day management of the business and has been supportive of the stewardship of his son, Michael, expanding the family portfolio and diversifying in both asset location and asset class. Peter continues to be interested and involved in the business as Chairman.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from USYD and has been awarded the Order of Australia for his charitable work.
